Where is Facebook's signed request going? google app engine python -

i confused, because documentation states when user registers website, using facebook registration form, supposed receive signed request. not know it. replies appreciated. using python in google app engine , want know signed request sent.

when user sign-in on facebook complete, app post request. refer helpful blog posts like this , this

delphi - When I encode/decode SMS PDU (GSM 7 Bit) user data, do I need prepend the UDH first? -
