i not want deploy, want build , test learning purpose.

i don't want install mac osx using vmware.

you objective c compiler on windows, dont think able cocoa framework on it, able learn objective c language not cocao , cocoa touch

delphi - When I encode/decode SMS PDU (GSM 7 Bit) user data, do I need prepend the UDH first? -
