Blurry images in Android browser and WebView -

for android application, need show images in webview. application runs on android 2.1 (api 7) , onward. images contain table soft text , problem facing in android versions 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 etc, blurry while in newer versions, such 4.0.3, sharp. have tested high/low resolution images results same.

why so?

delphi - When I encode/decode SMS PDU (GSM 7 Bit) user data, do I need prepend the UDH first? -
