if know email account, example abc.xyz@pqr.com, can monitor email attachment downloads of particular account. other requirements

  1. i want location of downloaded attachment can control downloaded things.
  2. control in sense encryption of downloaded file.

is possible?

if write own email client downloading of attachments, yes. or, if find email client offers api this, yes. speaking, though, not possible.
